I have lived for nine years and have seen a lot of changes in the appearance of the park and the people. When I first moved here, the appearance of the public areas were neat. The streets were better paved and were cleared when it snowed. During the time I've lived here, however, there was a break in the water main, and water ran for two weeks straight breaking up the pavement. When I moved here, I had nice gravel brought in to pave my driveway but it was dug up when they were fixing the water main, but I didn't get my gravel back. None of the streets were re-paved except the street by the park manager's home. His street has been paved three or four times since then and the work included the addition of new speed bumps which have also been re-paved multiple times. The rest of the streets have been left undone and are in the same condition as they were after the water main break. The residents of this park are hard working people who pay good money to live here and deserve to have what they pay for. All in all though, the homeowners still take pride in their homes and their home's upkeep.

The property management in the community is the worse I have ever dealt with. All he ( The landlord/person who is on hand for the property management company) is terrible.

am HUGE supporter of recycling. I love knowing that I'm doing my part to recycle and reuse. However I was notified that our sizable community is no longer offering disposal of recyclable items. I was told by The on-site manager and numerous different residents were told the reason on this matter that has been canceled because it became an expensive service. I'm sorry but I truly think that paying a little bit extra to be able to recycle and reuse is extremely important. I would be completely ecstatic if the option was offered to the residence, and if those residents choose the option to be able to recycle, I would gladly pay an extra fee to be able to recycle. That he could be added directly to what I already pay which is my lot rent and water fee along with those monthly However that option has been shut down several times by the property management company and our on-site manager. We has a community have started petition going around within our community. The petition requesting that our property management reconsider the option of offering recycling again within our community and it's resident. The petition was overwhelmingly signed by almost 80% of the residents here in the our community. So that we are able to recycle from home. I have two trash cans one is for actual waste and the others is restrictively only for recyclable items. I fill more bags for recycling. So when I have a few bags for recycling I drive to my local recycling center and drop off those items. I really shouldn't have to do this it should be an automatic. Never lived in a community that didn't offer any type of recycling.

Unfortunately I would not. Which seems to be the consensus of most of the residents.

I live here the park manager is rude dont buy

The preparation done for inclement weather is so absurd that it's hilarious. Don't even get me started on the post inclement clean up.

What business representatives have you ever met feel that text messages for important/time sensitive matters are handled via text messaging? It's absolutely ridiculous.

I've been in and out of this trailerpark for years and it seems to just keep going more and more downhill. The man who runs it is ignorant and doesn't apply the same rules to everyone and he blackmails people into doing what he wants. I feel like this place has a lot of potential if it was managed by somebody that actually cared about more than just money and working the law to please him.

Or rent a tralier here

It is the slum of trailer parks. Nothing is kept up, the manager has no compassion, is lazy and only wants your money. The water is yellow and disgusting. Will not fix what the contract says is his responsibility. The renters have to spend money they don't have to fix it. A couple lawyers own it and the slum is registered in Florida. They don't give a crap either and sounds a bit illegal to me.

If you have issues that should be addressed in a reasonable time, aren't they are pushed off. I find this so absurd as well. The person on hand who handles the onsite issues rarely/never answers his phone.

I really wish there was an option for a half star.

So the real question here is would I recommend living in this community to others?
