As post offices go, the rot hasn't settled in as deeply as other locations. Compared to Davidsonville, the Crownsville location looks good, and compared to Crofton, it's like going from the First World to the Third World. But still no competition to FedEx, and struggling to get to UPS' level.
possibly the worst carrier of all time of mail. been waiting for a package for 2 weeks and it has not been delivered but yet they tell me the package has. Yall should have shut down in 2008 or whenever when you were going through rough financial times. THESE PEOPLE SUCK USE UPS OR FEDEX. Not USPS. trash organization with trash people who cannot help you worth anything
So one star for lying to me. This kind of stuff is why I ship UPS.
Went in to ask if a package was in customs. I was told there was no information they could give me other than what I see online with the tracking number.
They don't deliver packages to the correct addresses and have been caught keeping packages themselves. Please fix this ripoff establishment, has ruined my ability to even use Amazon.
That's just not true. A quick Google search will show that they can put a parcel tracer action on the package.
The Crownsville post office is frequently without internet connectivity and there for cannot process mail, they can only accept postage paid drop-offs. This latest episode has lasted weeks, right around the Christmas holiday shipping rush, forcing people to have to use the inadequate Annapolis or Crownsville locations or drive all the way to Arnold. This location also does not have the self service kiosk. Parking is inadequate. Basically, this is a terrible post office.
Needs an investigation immediately.
