I'm back again working with them today; they will be picking up a couple of chairs I found at Housing Works. They are helpful and going to pick them up at the store for me and I'll meet up at there shop to go over fabric. Could not ask for better service!
This is the best upholstery shop in Maryland period! They do the best work and are very friendly people. Whatever you want done to your furniture, they can do it. I get all my furniture done from here. Its really hard to go out finding furnitures that match everything together. So I come here n customize all my furniture to match perfectly. And the turn around time is very reasonable. They been in business for 80 years! That gotta mean something. It means they know what their doing. You can't ask for more. I recommend this place to everybody I know. So if you have something to get done to your furniture come here!
I went in looking for a part to repair a really old chair. The gentleman I spoke with looked and looked, but couldn't find what I was looking for... so he made it. Seriously, he looked for a part that was similar, pulled out a blow torch and bent it into the shape I needed. Worked perfectly. Awesome.
This place rocks! They can do just about anything you want done to your furniture. This place is locally and family owed. They are not a big chain company. This place will listen to you on how YOU want it done not how they want it done. And they care about your furniture like it's their own. You can definitely see the passion n the craftsmanship that went into the work. No computer nor a machine can do want this place does. Great job!
I live out state and flew in to our new home to have them pick up the furniture to recover. Never showed up, never called ... never again!
I had my sofa and chairs re-done a couple of years ago. Beautiful job! It is time consuming to have furniture re-done for your home; you have to be patient for home jobs. He provided courtesy furniture for us to sit on while getting the work done. It did get finished within the time frame they told me. The craftsmanship is superior and always perfect. I'm a perfectionist and know what I want and they always work with my directions!
A few years ago they made the most fabulous drapes from my ridiculously expensive vintage linen upholstery fabric, matched patterns perfectly, unsurpassed craftsmanship.
