They'be always taken extra care of us and our MBs. Once, when I had a prolonged illness, they went way beyond the call of duty, lending an extra hand to us when we needed help getting my car back in repair. Great service, great people.
Wow! Just wow! I am so pleased that we found Harbor Auto Center! We have rarely found a mechanic that would give us such good service! Originally we took our car there because the dealerships could not figure out what was wrong with it. Charles was immediately able to diagnose the problem and fix it -- we were so pleased that we now have all four of our cars serviced by Harbor. They always figure out the problem and have our car ready for us in a timely manner! We appreciate that they are professional--from the office staff to the mechanics. As long as they are in business they will be our mechanics!
I have been coming to Harbor Auto since 2011 and could not be happier with their service. They are the only mechanics that I trust and their customer service is phenomenal. Every time I visit their shop I leave feeling like a part of the family.
Made an appt to bring our car in 7/11/16 for service. No call from Harbor Auto that day with estimate. Turns out they forgot about our car. Left a message for a return call on their voice mail that evening, no one returned our call the next day. I called 7/12/16 at 1200 when we did not receive a call back, spoke to office mgr who said" it had fallen through the cracks." Said she posted our car on the board for service that day but it appears techs didn't follow up. It concerns us that they left for the day without checking on our car and that they didn't return our voice mail message. This to us is unacceptable.
Chuck and Ashley are both always very attentive and customer service oriented... Chuck and his technicians helped and continues to help me keep my BMW running smoothly past 184,000 miles! If it wasn't for a loaner car requirement from time to time, I would take my car here for every service items.
